We want your clients to be fully insured. Therefore, our eligibility is based on the vehicle and not the driver – all at a fair cost that does not fluctuate with a driver’s experience or history.

Extended Coverage On OEM Parts

Our partial loss coverage for specified OEM parts extends up to five years instead of the standard three years – giving policyholders a little more peace of mind.

Yes, we do! We are one of the only vehicle replacement insurance companies in Canada to cover vehicles up to 10 years old.

Our partnered brokers and dealers can find educational resources, policy support, updated training, and one-on-one attention by contacting Optiom’s Marketing Team at marketing@optiom.com or by phone at 1-877-410-4540.

We are available from 6 AM – 9 PM PST on weekdays, and 9 AM – 7 PM PST on weekends. We operate 363 days a year (excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day).

Anyone who maintains collision and comprehensive coverage with a primary insurer in an eligible rate class, regardless of accident history, driving record, or length of license possession, is eligible for an Optiom policy.

Yes, we do – including damage from weather, vandalism, theft, and wildlife collisions. We also cover vehicles in storage, and ridesharing vehicles during personal use.  Remember, Optiom is supplemental coverage to the primary insurance policy.
